Gintenの特徴
専用のタップから60分間楽しめる焼酎は麦（Barley）で非常に好評です。
『アブロード・イン・ジャパン』でも紹介された独自の焼酎タップ体験が魅力です。
いかにも居酒屋らしい活気に満ちた雰囲気で、グループで楽しむのにピッタリです。
I loved the concept. The tap idea is fantastic. There's a timer, and the alcohol keeps flowing until your turn comes. The food is also delicious and served hot.
Fun izakaya known for being featured by Abroad in Japan for its shochu taps at every table. You 'activate' the taps by buying any of their mixers such as liqueurs, premixes or tea and then can enjoy free use of the tap. Probably fun in groups, but in reality you probably won't drink much more than you would if ordering individually anyway!Food was tasty and great, with each item being done well though the menu could probably do with a bit more variety as most things are tempura or deep fried. I'd recommend their fried and grilled chicken as both were sizable and well-seasoned.
Das Essen war genial! Wir haben natürlich noch den Soju aus der Wand ausprobiert! Ich bin selbst keine Schnapps fan aber wenn man das mit den Säfte/Tee die speziell für das Anmischen angeboten kombiniert spürt man den Alkohol kaum. Natürlich kann man das auch stärken anmischen oder pur saufen je nach Präferenz. Man bekommt einen Timer für 1 Stunde. Ich muss sagen, dass beide mein Mann und ich waren gut besoffen am Ende der Stunde aber es hat definitiv gut Spaß gemacht!
From the US, Went October 17, 2024, first time having a Souchu tap- a lot of fun. We didn’t drink to excess but enjoyed it. Food was pretty good not great but the fried chicken was very good! It’s a fun place to have a few snacks.
I have been wanting to try this place as I love shochu, and you can serve yourself from the tap here for 60 minutes. The shochu from the tap is mugi (barley). I tried a sip without the mixer, and it was quite good. However, the method to drink it is by ordering one of 10+ mixers and then filling up the glass to the line, based on the strength of the drink you want, then fill the rest with the mixer. The tempura was good, but not what I was expecting in terms of quality. However, the non tempura dishes were great. Overall, I enjoyed this place and can see myself returning.

We had a fantastic time here with great service, and good tempura that goes well with the scochu tap. You buy a mixer or tea and activate the tap for an hour or two. Gets very busy. Highly recommend making a reservation if you're keen.
