I love POLA Products and have been buying a lot from this store quite a few times. But lately the customer service in this store is just plain terrible. Me and my wife were literally SHOOED AWAY by a staff when the product we asked for was not available.The crazy thing is this particular person knows us because we met her twice already, where we purchased A LOT of products. Really disappointed. These staffs need to be trained and warned by the owner.For the mean time, I recommend other stores. As I will be going to other ones as well.
