最寄りの代々木公園や明治神宮を散策できる、最高の立地です。
可愛いdecorと猫好きにはピッタリな、心温まる宿です。
ホストのUshkaさんが送ってくれた、忘れ物への配慮が感動的でした。
We stayed at Pippin's Inn for 8 nights and it was a real pleasure. The neighborhood is extremely quiet (despite the train passing very frequently and quite close by (but being a light sleeper, I wasn't disturbed at night)) and walking around was very pleasant. The location of the accommodation is also perfect, as it's close to several train stations and bus stops, just a few blocks from Yoyogi Park and the temple, and there are plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby. It's quite possible to visit the park, temple, Harajuku, and Shibuya city center on foot from the inn in a single day! Also, Ushka is a wonderful host who responds quickly to our needs and questions. Thnaks again Ushka ! I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return myself.
A perfect place to stay if you are visiting Tokyo- especially if you love cats! Ushka is the kindest host.The Little Free Library is awesome too.
Ushka was an amazing host and the inn was amazing. The bath tub was the best thing to come back to after a long day walking around Tokyo. The decor was also SO CUTE! From the convenient location to the awesome accomodations I highly recommend Pippin's Inn. I will be staying here next time I'm in Japan.
Ushka was so communicative before, during, and after my stay. She even sent me something that I forgot (it dropped out of the bed) which was super sweet! We had a wonderful conversation, and she was so accommodating. It’s been about a week since I left and I miss Pippin’s Inn! It is so centrally located. It really strikes the balance of a residential Japanese experience and a city experience. Being so close to Yoyogi Park and Meiji Shrine made for wonderful walks, even in the scorching heat.If (hopefully: when) I come back to Tokyo, I will absolutely be staying again. Between the kitchenette, laundry, and lovely little bathroom, it truly has everything you could want for a comfy stay. If you need anything, Ushka will absolutely be there to help you. Even if, say, you get lost trying to find the actual front door you’re supposed to be at (this may or may not be a classic move for me).I would recommend this stay to any solo traveler or couple as it is the perfect space for 1-2 people. Knowing how great the management is, if you have a bigger group, I would absolutely consider one of the other accommodations through Neko Neko Stays.
We stayed here fresh off our 14-hour flight! Ushka is simply the best host, and her tiny furry assistants are also aces. It’s a great area of town, and we can’t wait to stay there again when we are less jetlagged, and do more exploring of the fun local neighborhoods!
This place is just the best place to stay!! Ushka and Pippin are such wonderful hosts! Neighborhood is very quiet and feels totally safe. Our favorite place to stay in Japan!

Ushka was an amazing host. My sister and I had such a wonderful time at Pippin’s Inn. It’s very close to Yoyogi Park, Meiji Jingu, and Sangubashi station, which made it perfect for exploring Tokyo.The neighborhood it’s in is very quiet with lots of cute restaurants and cafes. I am planning on staying again next time I’m in Tokyo.
