As others have said the current adress on google is incorrect. The correct adress is: Japan, 〒104-0061 Tokyo, Chuo City, Ginza, 5 Chome−1−番, Sukiya Building, 先 南.You enter a shopping mall called ginza 5 and go to the b1f floor. Exiting ginza station by the c1 exit is closest.
Great service but **difficult to find**. Use the Ginza C1 exit, take a left hand turn, then walk about 50m to locate on the right of the mall. One level below ground.
