Cute old couple taking care of the place, they are really sweet.The rooms are huge a compared to japanese average.You need to remove your shoes to go inside the hotel and wear their slippers.The check-in time is a bit late at 5PM but considering 4PM is the norm there, its okayLocations is amazing, lot of restaurants to eat around, Ginza is 10 min walk, sumida riverfront 8 min walk, metro is just 300 mts from the place
Uma simpatia os anfitriões!!! Quarto com tudo novo, limpo! Localização boa, vários restaurantes locais ao redor com boa qualidade! Porém se você viaja com muita bagagem vale um ponto de atenção, difícil o acesso dos quartos pela escada.
Had such a lovely stay here! The couple that runs it are so nice and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. We had a 3-4 person bedroom, the room was fully equipped with everything from shower, toilet, sink. Right outside our door there was a washing machine too! Also a air-conditioning machine in the room. Very close to Tsukiji station and walkable distance to main Ginza shopping district. Would love to stay again the next time I go to Tokyo.
I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location — it’s just a short 2-minute walk to Tsukiji Station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The famous Tsukiji fish market is also within walking distance, which was a huge plus for exploring and enjoying local food.There are several convenience stores just around the corner, so grabbing snacks, drinks, or any daily necessities was quick and easy at any time of the day.The hotel itself is very well maintained, especially in terms of hygiene. The rooms and common areas were consistently clean and tidy throughout my stay, which made it very comfortable.What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. The hotel is run by a friendly elderly Japanese couple who were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their kindness and personal touch really made the stay feel more homely and memorable.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and cozy place to stay with genuine hospitality.
Very close to many shopping and eating places. Convenient location next to train station. The place is owned by an old couple that were very kind and helpful. They made our stay in tokyo so much better, making us feel very welcomed. We had a queen size bedroom and it was spacious and clean. I have no negatives about this hotel however the room we had was on the third floor and the staircase is quite narrow. They have a chair lift to get to the second floor.
ข้อดี- จากสนามบินมาง่าย โดยนั่ง Narita sky access และลากกระเป๋ามารร.ทางสะดวกมาก 6-7 นาที- ทำเลดี เดินไปกินซ่าและตลาดสึคิจิได้ง่าย- ใกล้เมทโทรหลายสถานี- ห้องมีขนาดไม่เล็กมาก ไม่รู้สึกแออัด ตกแต่งสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น- ห้องสะอาดดีมาก- มีตู้เย็นขนาดใหญ่และไมโครเวฟ และเห็นมีเครื่องซักผ้าอยู่นอกห้อง- แอร์ปรับเองได้- ป้าเจ้าของทำเองทุกอย่าง ทำงานหนักมาก ใส่ใจแขก และพยายามชวนคุย ป้าต้องดูแลร้านอาหารชั้น1เล็กๆ และดูแลรร. ทำความสะอาดห้องเอง (ทำให้เชคอินของที่นี่จะช้ากว่ารร.อื่น) กลับมาทีไรก็จะเจอป้าทำงานอยู่- เตียงเป็น2เตียงชิดกันแต่แชร์ผ้าห่ม- ที่ว้าวคือ ทีวีเป็นจอโปรเจคเตอร์ต่อกับแลปทอป (แต่ไม่ได้ลองใช้)- พอมีพื้นที่ให้กลางกระเป๋าอยู่ข้อเสีย- ห้องไม่มีผ้าม่าน ทำให้มีแสงรอดจากหน้าต่างทั้งคืน- ตั้งอยู่อยู่ในโซนร้านอาหาร ทำให้มีเสียงคนคุยกันจนถึง 5 ทุ่ม- ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเลย- ไม่มีลิฟต์ (ป้ายกกระเป๋ามาไว้ในห้องให้)- น้ำก๊อกตรงอ่างล้างมือไม่มีปรับอุณหภูมิ เย็นมาก- amenity ไม่ครบครันแบบแสตนดาร์ด รร.ญี่ปุ่น แต่เข้าใจได้เป็นรร.เล็กๆ บริหารเอง- โซนอาบน้ำควรเพิ่มที่วางหน้าห้องน้ำให้หน่อย อย่างน้อยควรมีที่ให้แขวนผ้าเช็ดตัวใกล้ๆโดยรวมประทับใจป้าเจ้าของ และราคาไม่แรงเมื่อเทียบกับย่านนี้ แต่อาจจะเหมาะกับพักไม่กี่คืนเมื่อต้องพิจารณาจากข้อดีข้อเสีย
Excellent location! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The room was spotless and perfectly maintained. Highly recommended!素晴らしい立地です！ホストの方々はとても親切で丁寧に対応してくださり、心から歓迎されていると感じました。お部屋も清潔で完璧に整っていました。ぜひおすすめします！¡Excelente ubicación! Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. La habitación estaba limpia y perfectamente cuidada. ¡Muy recomendable!

周辺のオススメ
Está bien, punto. Podría estar mejor.La ubicación es buena, un poquito salido del centro para algunos gustos pero bien conectado y rápido. Para el que le gusta el pescado es ideal, está rodeado de locales de comida y está a dos/ tres cuadras del Market de Tsukiji. Para remarcar unos detalles el hotel en su planta baja tiene un mini (4pax) restaurante de pescado. Suele haber un poquito de olor a comida por la mañana. Para unos puede ser bueno y para otros malo.Más que un hotel, funciona casi como una casa de huéspedes arriba de otro establecimiento. Porque si bien sus dueños son muy amables, la comunicación está acotada por el idioma, no tiene mucho funcionamiento de hotel (como el resto de los hoteles). Si le pedís que te cambien las toallas te las cambian, pero si no pedís no. Lo mismo con la limpieza de la habitación y sabanas. No hay amenities de ningún tipo. Son muy estrictos con el horario de entrada (17hs), nosotros llegamos 1610 y no pudimos acceder a la habitación, pero nos recibieron el equipaje, pero a la salida para dejarlo unas horas nos cobraron...En definitiva, no está mal pero podría (con poco) ser mejor.Nosotros nos habíamos decidido por este porque la habitación era un poco mas grande del promedio en Tokio y porque el precio era un poco mejor que otros.Algunos detallitos y podría mejorar mucho (una cortinita blackout sería genial).
