忙しい時でもスムーズに接客してくれる、スタッフの手際が素晴らしいです。
銀座の中心に位置する人気店は、訪れる価値があると実感しました。
We were in line at Onitsuka Tiger prior to opening and by the time they did opened, there was a long line to get in. I do applaud the store for limiting the amount of people in the store at one time. It was a little chaotic once in the store but we were able to locate an associate to help and were able to try on several pair as well as purchase the shoes we wanted. Patience is key when visiting Tokyo in summer. It was hot outside but there is a drink shop next door. The shoes are beautiful and worth the purchase! There are several stores around Tokyo but we wanted to visit this one. I can't wait to go back and get another pair.
I was having the most lovely day, until I went in to this shop for some shoes- was met with the absolute worst service I've seen in awhile- one of the ladies there, wearing a white clip on the day I went had the most abysmal service attitude I've seen.Rude in the manner she speaks, eye-rolling, sighing, frowning - the list goes on. I wanted to ask if I could possible wear the shoes immediately upon purchase (the boots I wore there were admittedly the wrong choice, and putting them back on would have been quite the hassle and painful in that crowded store space). Ms N.PARK cut me off, did all the above, and snatched the shoe box from me. It felt demeaning as I had to stand in line and plead for the box back so I could put the damn shoes back in the box. I will never understand what I personally did to wrong her, to deserve such treatment.I noticed that it was not just to me, her attitude goes towards foreigners/tourists in general. She becomes mean and snarky, consistently impatient and so rude. I understand that the high foot traffic coming through the store can feel overwhelming but genuinely no one was giving her a hard time? Why act like everyone owed her something.On the other hand, my boyfriend managed to get another staff to help him, and she was really the saving grace of the store. Ms H. JUNO was a really service pro! Warm, friendly and super helpful. She communicated well with others and also went the extra mile to offer alternative shoes when he was considering his options. She treats all equally and gives her very best. Thank you for salvaging the impression we had on this visit!
Visited on Nov 2nd afternoon. Excellent service. Thanks Mr. Lin that day for providing a very professional suggestions on sizing and style. The shoes suits me perfectly. The best pair of dress shoes for work ever owned.1 suggestion to the shop. For it's location and famous. They should add more staffs and stocks for their popular models

Great experience, went here as the other shop had no stock of my size, and this one had plenty to choose from. Assistants were really helpful and polite
