It’s a very good watch shop a excellent Glashütte watches - German Engineering and perfection. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. If somebody looks for good alternative to much more expensive Lange & Söhne - this store is a great opportunity. I can highly recommend shop.

I am an owner of Panomatic Lunar, but unfortunately I had a terrible customer experience with the male staff in his 40s-50s here. Once in December 2024 and again in May 2025.When I visited in December 2024, he was busy being on his phone and didn’t bother interacting with anyone.I revisited in May 2025, but this same male staff was so rude to my friend. My friend is still in the beginning of the horological journey and asked some basic questions, but the staff clearly didn’t want to spend time answering them. He would just give a one-word answer and never bothered elaborating them.I don’t think I will be buying from this brand anymore. Great products but very unfriendly staff.
