Everything about our stay was perfect. Location was excellent, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the service was outstanding. The deluxe bunk room had plenty of space for my family of four. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Tokyo. I would absolutely stay here again!!
泊まった感想ではありません。宿泊予約サイトから予約をしていて、予約内容に変更がありました。公式ホームページに電話番号の記載が無かったので、お問合せフォームからご連絡をしました。返信が来たのは10日後でした。問い合わせ内容は人数変更だったので、可能なのかと料金はいくらに変更になるかをお聞きしたかったのですが、よくわからない返信だったり予約してる部屋と違う部屋ですねと言われたり、知りたいことにたどり着くまで１回で済むところを５回やり取りしました。トータル２週間かかったので疲れました。たぶんAIが返答していたんじゃないかと思います。聞きたいのはそれじゃない〜！という感じでしたので。電話番号あったら助かります。
We were lucky enough to enjoy this hotel while still fairly new (about a month old during our visit), and cannot recommend it more. Initially we booked Section L, but needed a last minute change and booked Waypoint instead. I'm so glad we needed this change. The Waypoint is close enough to Tsukiji market, but far enough away to still remain a quiet area. The staff were VERY helpful even though we didn't speak Japanese, they were very accommodating. Rooms are very spacious and great for groups. Will definitely stay here again next time.
Me and my two friends stayed here in a triple room. The room was perfectly sized (we had 6 suitcases and the room still felt spacious), it had a separate seating area and a dining table. The bathroom was also a great size with a separate shower ‘room’ inside. We were three girls and there was plenty of space for us to get ready/unpack.They also have separate service rooms which have washing machine/dryer and a microwave.The room was super clean and everything felt nice and new.The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and made our stay enjoyable.Location was good too! 10 min walk to central Ginza and 20/30 mins to Shibuya/shinjuku. Local station is a 2 min walk.We absolutely loved this hotel.
Amazing hospitality and the rooms were so comfortable and lovely. Great location close to shops and stations within 10 minute walks. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were perfect. Really enjoyed our stay thank you!

Waypoint was the perfect hotel stay. The best way to describe it is wonderfully efficent. The Japanese bathroom design is so good I will be enhancing my USA bathroom to mimic it. Toto brand bidet and walk-in shower/tub design blew me away with how smart it is. The hotel water pressure was better than any Marriott I have ever stayed at (platinum member). The English speaking hosts were always polite and helpful.If you’re staying in the Tsukiji or Ginza area, and want a peaceful home base, WAYPOINT is a no-brainer.
