甲府市の中心部から少し離れた所にあり、交通量は多めですが静かに過ごせます。
Our usual place to stay in Kofu. It was our 3rd time to stay there I believe. The owner is so friendly and responsive. We always feel so welcomed. The room is well equipped and clean.

It's a pleasure to live here.While the exterior of the building looks dated, the interior is newly designed and comfortable. It can only accommodate two people, using a futon bed.The bathroom is a delight, soaking in the beautiful Japanese cypress bathtub.A separate automatic toilet is located next to the bathroom.A washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix, cooking and dining utensils, microwave, kettle, and vacuum cleaner are all provided.The owner is very friendly and accommodating.Located on a main road, there's quite a bit of traffic, but the house isn't too noisy inside, and earplugs are provided.It's quite a walk from Kofu Station.A bit further away is a cemetery, but don't worry, it's not visible from inside the house, and it's safe and comfortable.It was a pleasant experience staying here.
