My visit to RL Polo in Ginza was a mixed experience, not sure how to explain this. The store itself is elegant and well-maintained, reflecting the premium image of the Ralph Lauren brand. The staff were polite and professional, but the overall shopping process felt a little restrictive and less engaging than expected. Instead of freely browsing through various styles and sizes, you have to ask the staff for assistance before they bring the items out for you to see.While this system might be designed to maintain a clean, minimalist atmosphere, it takes away from the fun of exploring the collection on your own. I was looking for a specific polo shirt, but it wasn’t on display, and I couldn’t tell whether it was out of season or simply stored away. It would be far more convenient if shoppers could see more options displayed or at least browse samples before asking.That said, the staff did their best to assist once I explained what I wanted, and the quality of the clothing remains top-notch. Overall, RL Polo Ginza offers premium products but could improve the shopping experience by making it a little more customer-friendly and display-driven.
