I stayed at Weave Place Monzennakacho and it was exactly what I was looking for. After touring several other options in the area, this location stood out immediately. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient—hip and cozy restaurants are all within walking distance, supermarkets are nearby, and my favorite coffee shop is literally just down the road.The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, and the layout makes it feel much more spacious than expected. I also loved that it’s fully furnished with all utilities included. Setting up utilities in Japan can be complicated and often requires paperwork and phone calls, so having everything ready from day one made moving in unbelievably easy. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware too, so I could comfortably cook at home whenever I wanted.The onsite team who manages the building is fantastic. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries or property issues, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. Booking my stay was also seamless from start to finish.A special shoutout to Ernie, Yuka, Summer, and Gigi for making my stay such a great experience. If I have the chance, I would love to stay at other Weave properties in the future.
I stayed at a flat here for three months and can highly recommend as an option for a short term stay. The place was very clean and in good condition with some basic living items so you don’t have to spend extra money on cooking utensils etc The customer service was lovely. Everyone was professional and replied to all my questions quickly.The area is perfect for when you want to stay well connected but not too central. It felt safe and there are some great coffee spots, museums and things to do around.The building is kept well and has always been clean. They also deal with your recycling which is a massive help.Yuka, Gigi and Summer in particular were all great.I would stay again.

周辺のオススメ
I stayed at Weave in Monzennakacho for a little more than a month. I wish I could stay longer. This place is very reasonable for this location and conditions. Only 5 minutes away from the metro station and full of great cafes and restaurants. Also many dry cleaners and hair salons. I mean there are everything we need and want for everyday life. This building kept clean and quiet. I really appreciated for all of my neighbors to have good manners and kindness. My unit has a good space as apartments in Tokyo. The team of Weave was very attentive and nice. Easy to talk to and quick response to my emails. I strongly recommend this place. I originally came fromTokyo but I didn’t know how great Monzennakacho was. I can not wait for coming back to stay there and discover more.
