I've had a wonderful learning experience at Nihongo Gurukul, The teacher is incredibly supportive, patient, and genuinely cares about each student's progress. She provides honest and constructive feedback, which has really helped me improve my Japanese. The homework and structured lessons keep us consistent, and the course is well organized for practical learning. She also encourages everyone to actively participate, read passages, and ask questions without hesitation. I always felt comfortable clearing my doubts. I attended the JLPT N3 classes and had a very positive learning experience. I recently joined one of their online courses. Before enrolling I checked the Google Maps reviews and came across a negative comment about staff being insensitive which made me a bit hesitant. I also heard that Somdatta Sensei is very strict. So I started the course with some apprehension.However now that I have completed the course I can confidently say that my experience was very positive. Somdatta Sensei is an excellent teacher who truly cares about her students progress. While she is firm at times and pushed us when necessary she is also patient, compassionate and highly encouraging. She supports each student individually and motivates them to do their best.I can clearly see a significant improvement in my Japanese and I am very grateful for her guidance and support.Highly recommended.
I have stayed in Japan for 8 yrs and then shifted to Abu Dhabi recently. I could speak only beginner level Japanese, hence I joined online classes of Somadatta Sensei. Her Classes are a true gift to me as I could extensively improve my Japanese speaking and comprehension. Her style of teaching is very inclusive and logic based, which allows you to strongly engage with her and work hard to improve on your skills. She also motivates her students a lot, which is a very positive. I would also put my son in her online Class in future. Thank you Sensei for making a part of my life easy.
I have done my JLPT N3 level classes at Nihongo Gurukul . I have a great experience learning with Somdatta sensei. Her exceptional skill as a teacher motivates and guides us to be a better version in language learning. Daily practices, tests, worksheets are really helpful. Sensei is very helpful , we can always approach her. I strongly recommend Nihongo Gurukul as an excellent place for Japanese learning.

The course provided intensive and in-depth learning in kanji, grammar, reading, and listening. We didn’t just memorize things—we studied grammar usage, kanji meanings, reading strategies, and listening comprehension in detail. I believe this thorough approach played an important role in helping me pass N2. I highly recommend this course to anyone seriously preparing for the JLPT N2.
