Such a lovely bar!! Opened up in February and such a beautiful space. The owner is so sweet and creates delicious and interesting chocolates. Must go!

Au bout de ce dédalle, une toute petite bâtisse vous accueille.Derrière le bar, une charmante hôtesse qui, si vous parlez japonais, saura vous tenir belle compagnie j'en suis sûr ! Pour les anglophone comme moi, elle saura vous servir sans problèmes.Les préparations au chocolat sont toutes subtilement surprenantes. Les boissons délicieuses. Si vous optez pour une option de mocktail chocolaté boosté a l'alcool, comme je l'ai fait, vous aurez quelque chose de vraiment très équilibré.Pour ce qui est de l'assortiment de 3 chocolats, chacun est proposé avec un "assaisonnement" et une texture qui lui est propre ; glace, mousse ou gâteau.Je recommande !
Yamamoto led a fantastic solo walkthrough of the ceremony. This was my first time preparing matcha myself, and it was made simple and clear every step of the way. Not to mention the very noticeable attention to detail in everything, from the design, the welcome, and the steps communicated throughout the ceremony.
Stone pathway with bamboo on both sides leads to the entrance. Traditional Japanese entrance where you take your shoes off.Not a lot of people know about this place. Perfect spot to get away from loud talkers and enjoy a peaceful QUIET space.Main hall is beautiful. Sit down to eat with gardens on both sides, stone lanterns and greenery right outside. Very quaint, lots of natural light.Food was really good. Extremely healthy breakfast with daily specials. Bathrooms extremely clean and modern.Whole place is just beautiful.
蔵の中で味わう、究極のセルフケア体験！「蔵せるず（Kura Cells）」さんで体験した「抹茶リチュアル・ソロ」が、想像以上に素敵でした！歴史ある素敵な空間で、お昼の時間帯は抹茶体験ができるのですが、美しいお道具を使って自分の手で丁寧にお茶を点てる所作に集中するだけで、日々の忙しさを忘れさせてくれ、まさに自分を整えるための贅沢な時間でした。セットでいただいた「CELLS」のローチョコレートも絶品！体に優しい素材で作られているので、罪悪感なく心から満たされるご褒美になりました。夜は「チョコレート茶房ラウンジバー」として営業されているそうで、昼の静謐な雰囲気とはまた違った、大人なひとときが楽しめそう。隠れ家のような蔵の入り口もワクワクします。自分だけの特別な時間を過ごしたい時に、また絶対伺いたいです！
Ich habe dieses kleine japanische Restaurant heute zum ersten Mal besucht und bin wirklich begeistert! Schon beim Betreten merkt man sofort, wie viel Wert hier auf eine angenehme Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Das Ambiente ist einfach super – modern, gemütlich und gleichzeitig sehr einladend. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und kann entspannt sitzen und genießen.Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird, und das macht den Besuch umso angenehmer.Besonders überzeugt hat mich natürlich das Essen. Die Preise sind absolut fair, fast schon überraschend günstig für die Qualität, die man bekommt. Alles, was ich bestellt habe, war frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker und zudem gesund. Ich hatte einen Karamell-Macchiato mit Sojamilch, der perfekt abgestimmt war – nicht zu süß, schön aromatisch und einfach richtig gut. Dazu habe ich vegetarische Paninis gegessen, die ebenfalls hervorragend geschmeckt haben. Die Kombination aus frischen Zutaten und guter Zubereitung war wirklich top.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Sauberkeit des Restaurants. Alles war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich, was mir persönlich immer besonders wichtig ist.Insgesamt kann ich diesen Ort wirklich nur empfehlen. Egal ob für einen kurzen Kaffee, ein entspanntes Essen oder einfach zum Verweilen – hier stimmt einfach alles. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

What a gem! Run by a fantastic lady who took such good care of us. The chocolate pairings are exquisite and we tried so many interesting flavours. Fantastic sake too. If in Kyoto, you must come! Make sure to go into the courtyard - it's a beautiful space.
