This was my first visit, and it was a very enjoyable experience. I learned a lot about the history and appeal of bonsai. The experience is supposed to last an hour, but I got so engrossed that it took longer, so it's best to allow plenty of time. The staff are very kind and helpful. If you're ever in Arashiyama, Kyoto, you should definitely try it! Just be aware that there are set times for the experience (11:30/13:30/15:30).初めて訪れましたが、とても楽しい体験でした。盆栽の歴史や、魅力について教えてもらい、とても勉強になりました。体験時間は一時間ですが、のめり込んでしまいもっとかかったので時間に余裕を持った方が良さそうです。スタッフはとても親切に教えてくれます。京都の嵐山に来た際はぜひ体験してみてください！体験時間が決まってる(11:30/13:30/15:30)ので、それだけ注意してください。

There are many activities here where you can experience traditional Japanese culture.You can make bonsai and paint daruma dolls, kokeshi dolls, and folding fans. Everything was so much fun, and the best part was that I could take everything home with me.I especially loved the bonsai experience. Since there is no soil, I was able to take it back to my home country without any quarantine concerns. Thank you, Mr. Suzuki, the bonsai master, for your guidance.There were also many great souvenir items, and I had a wonderful time.I’ll definitely stop by again the next time I visit Kyoto.
