Una experiencia increíble y muy recomendable para conocer la cultura japonesa de una forma diferente y mucho más cercana.Durante la actividad pudimos aprender a afilar nuestros propios cuchillos, preparar matcha siguiendo el proceso tradicional de la ceremonia del té y fabricar nuestros propios palillos. Una de las cosas que más me gustó fue poder elegir la madera para los palillos y aprender a pulirlos nosotros mismos. Además, al finalizar, puedes llevarte a casa tanto los cuchillos como los palillos que has hecho.El personal fue muy amable, atento y paciente. Nos explicaron todo paso a paso y, además, ofrecían explicaciones en inglés, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera mucho más fácil de seguir y disfrutar.Me parece una actividad perfecta para cualquier persona interesada en la cultura japonesa, especialmente si quieres vivir una experiencia tradicional de una manera práctica y divertida.¡Sin duda la recomiendo!
I had an absolutely wonderful time with this cultural experience! It was my first time trying knife sharpening, making matcha, and crafting chopsticks, but the instructor was so friendly, patient, and welcoming that I didn't have to worry at all. I loved so much that we could choose type of woods for my chopsticks and knife type so it's the unique piece in the world and unforgettable memory in Japan. Everything was well-organized, and being in a private setting made it feel super special.It truly became the highlight of my trip! I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Japan, whether you're a beginner or traveling with family and friends!
