I quaint snack bar nestled on the edge of Okinabashi of Sakai Higashi. The owner is very quirky and youthful lady for her age. She keeps a very easygoing and friendly atmosphere, and so a wide variety of people come here. Most groups will encourage other randos to sing along with them. It's quite an interesting place.
