After travelling through many countries and experiencing several great tour guides, we can confidently say that Kenta was exceptional.From welcoming us at Tokyo Narita Airport to seeing us off at Kansai Osaka Airport 8 days later, he made our journey across Japan truly unforgettable. His deep knowledge of Japan’s history, culture, and food added so much richness to every destination we visited.What impressed us most was his calm, friendly, and professional nature. If you are thinking about doing a tour of Japan and are hesitant about going due to not knowing the locations, customs or the language barrier then you won't need worry about any of that.I have wanted to experience Japan for many years and had set some very high expectations for my trip,Kenta made all the events I wanted to do a reality and so much more than I had planned to experience.Let me tell you about some of the things he organised during my trip.He organised a birthday cake for another guest to be waiting at the hotel when they arrived after a day of bus travel.He took a small group of families to a baseball match in Hiroshima.He organised a separate tour to Nara deer park and a Ninja museum.All these things were not included in the tour I had booked.Kenta has a deep understanding of the history and geography of Japan, combined with the ability to adapt to what his clients may want during their tour.Kenta will pick you up from the airport and see you safely back at the end of the tour.Go and experience what Japan has to offer, whether you are by yourself, with friends or your family.Thank you Kenta for letting me be able to enjoy Japan without having the stress of getting around and the worry about not knowing the language.Kenta can even take you to his home prefecture where his parents own a Udon noodle restaurant and teach you how to make them.Stop considering and just go, it was the the best tour I've been on.Thanks Kenta.
Kenya was amazing! He was thorough and went beyond what was expected. He was part of the reason we fell in love with Japan. Could not recommend him more highly. This man is so patient, respectful and considerate of everyone’s needs.
Kenta went over and beyond to make our tour exceptional!! Down to recommending places to eat, what to eat and sometimes even ordered for us when we were struggling with the language barrier. He allowed us sufficient toilet and snack breaks. We had perfect timing for all sites to be seen. Very informative on the bus and at the sites seen. Took pictures for anyone who needed one and also shared ones he took of the group. So friendly and polite and a pleasure to have met. Thank you Kenta. You made our experience in Japan, one to remember ♥️
Kenta has been the most informative and interesting guide for our magnificent tour of Japan! With history, site seeing to special spots, tips for great dining and entertainment areas in every stop and overnight stays. Kenta is such a fantastic tour guide! He knows all about the culture and history of many places as well as recommendations for food and shopping for the areas you are visiting. He was very accommodating with my dietary needs and ensured I always had a safe and delicious meal wherever we went. He was very patient, kind, and funny! He also went ABOVE AND BEYOND multiple times whenever we needed help communicating, sending luggage to our next destination, and making other arrangements and adjustments along the way. If I could, I would give 12/5 stars! I hope one day we can come back to Japan and book with Kenta again!
Kenta gave my family an excellent tour. Lots of thought and knowledge about each destination. Kenta was an helpful guide and made my trip here very special. Lots of passion about his job and about Japan history. Any questions that someone had on the tour he had an answer for. Great recommendations for every location. Very patient and understanding. I would definitely tour with him again!!

We went on a tour with Trip a Deal but Kenta was our tour guide in Japan. He was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Japan. He was very helpful too. Whenever we had a question, he was able to answer. I wish him all the best with Cantaloupe Journey. Hope we can visit Japan again one day and Kenta will be there to help us!
