東京駅南口から地下街に降り、赤い日文字招牌を目印にしてアクセスが必要です。
ホンダ・シビックを借りて、GPSの使い方を丁寧に教えてくれるスタッフが魅力です。
店のチェックインとチェックアウトが迅速で、車の清掃状態も期待通りでした。
Rented a Kei-Car here, very convenient (once you find the place)... Check-in and Check-out was quick... car was clean as expected... but a little high mileage per my liking (and compared to US/Canada rental cars).... Staff is good in english.The location of the rental spot is a bit hard to find, you have to find a stairway to the "B" parkade location. Returning is very easy, just enter the parking at the West side of Tokyo Station.
Thanks to the people in this review section I was able to find the place as Expedia lists it as Alamo and not Nippon rent a car. I specifically rented here for a Prius and they gave me an inferior Toyota touring. Also, they didn’t have the ETC cards for rental which makes your trip slower as you need to stop and pay in cash or card. Last but not least, for some reason, car play scrambled the signal of GPS around Tokyo station which made me take 30 minutes to leave.

Very helpful staff and easy process to rent a car. We had a Honda Civic and they showed us how to use the GPS because Google maps would be very difficult without the toll pass. The only problem is finding the place. It's combined with Nippon car rental and there's no signs in Tokyo station to find the place. Ended up going to a Toyota car rental and they helped us find Alamo
