Received my package today. Although outside box was damaged by shipping provider my goods were not damaged - it was very safely packed inside. Staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. It was my first order from them and definitely will not be the last. Goods were delivered to Lithuania - other side of the world. Had a somewhat pleasant experience buying online, from stock delays to extra shipping cost, although this extra payment is of course my own ignorance with the shipping details BUT, they explained it to me and so I encourage everyone to read all of their disclaimers to be well aware of the overall cost AFTER checkout and not before nor during checkout so it may surprise some.And so, thank you EasyCars for the patience and the well packaged items, will most certainly buy from you all soon!P.s. shout out to the employee that helped give clarity to me all the way, cheers everyone!
One of the best online shopping experiences I've ever had. The communication was stellar, all my requests were taken into account, the guys compacted my bulky order to save me shipment costs, contacted the shipping company to confirm the allowed dimensions and weight, and refunded me all the money saved on shipment. All this being on the opposite side of the globe and in different timezone. Amazing service. Best wishes to your people and business.
