I visited the house the other dayHere is my + and -The + :- terrace inside- if you study fashion or pottery or wood work (or it's your passion/work) you can do it at home- room for 2 pretty spacious- the area is pretty nice, the park just next to the house is really big- the station has an express train- oakhouse benefit- internet around 21mb/sThe - :- the whole building is pretty cold and unwelcoming imo- no storage for the food in common space- The terrace that looks really nice to hang out is poorly taken care of- the glass of the window in the bedroom is not clear- it's soooo dark, the light is really tame... In the room like in the common space

Frequent insect problemsBecause the building has a large courtyard and is surrounded by a lot of greenery, insects are common. Mosquitoes, cockroaches, and even large centipedes can sometimes be found inside the building. In addition, each room door has a noticeable gap at the bottom, making it easy for insects to enter. Residents should be prepared to take their own pest-control measures.2. Poorly maintained common areasThe common areas are not well maintained. The lounge is often filled with furniture and belongings left behind by former residents, and these items are rarely removed. The cleaning lady work hard, but because the lounge is constantly cluttered, it is not a comfortable place to relax. The actual condition is very different from the photos shown on the website.3. The biggest issue is the management. There are many problems in the house, such as shared Wi-Fi that is often unusable in parts of the building, but residents’ requests and complaints rarely lead to any action. This has been a common experience among many residents, and most people seem to have given up expecting management to resolve issues. If you choose to live here, don’t expect problems to be addressed promptly or at allProsIf you are sharing a room with another person, the rent is relatively affordable for the location.
