I feel so lucky to have found this little gem. I searched for days for hotel room options and read many reviews. I stayed here with my two teenagers for 5 days and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. This is more of an apartment than a basic hotel room. The way the room is set up, it makes it feel bigger and spacious. The bathroom is adorably small, my kids got a kick out of it. But water was hot if needed. We went in the middle of July so we showered in cold water to cool off. The washing machine, kitchen stove, fridge, microwave along with real silverware and dishes was great for making a quick breakfast before starting our day or on days we were too tired to leave for dinner. The location was amazing as well! There’s a 24hr grocery market in front of the hotel. Various shopping, restaurants and stores nearby as well. The train station is a 4 min walk. As far as customer service, I have nothing but great things to say. They were very responsive, polite and patient with me. I had a major learning curve when it came to using transportation and Ubers. They were extremely patient and helpful. Much appreciated when I was already stressing myself out. There is no elevator but honestly that wasn’t even a big deal. We only had one roller and a backpack each. Over all I can’t recommend it enough, especially for first timers who don’t know what to expect. I hear horror stories of how hotel rooms can be too hot or too cold because AC is run for the whole building and can’t be adjusted, but the AC was perfectly adjustable for our needs here. Over all, this hotel helped make our first visit to Tokyo such a memorable one.
