渋谷区本町の中心部にあり、新宿駅までバスで簡単にアクセス可能です。
Lugar muito gostoso. Dona do local muito simpática. É um pouco longe do metrô (15 minutos de caminhada). É pequeno o lugar mas confortável.
Right at the heart of Shinjuku. Close bus ride to Shinjuku station where you can access all of Tokyo. You can also walk further to Hatdudai station very swiftly to directly ride on certain lines. Apartment was clean and well equipped with modern appliances. Adequate space for 4 suitcases and the stay of two people.

A small Airbnb/lodging complex consists of two 2-story apartment buildings, GRAND VIVIAN1 or the left, and GRAND VIVIAN2 next to it on the right. They are next to each other but not physically interconnected, so be aware that either your room No. starts with a number like 101 (-> GV1) or an alphabet such as “A” (-> GV2)The management, HOUSING VIVIAN Ltd., is located on the first floor in GV1.Those two are both enough equipped and maintained for travellers’/new Tokyoites’ basic living needs but never gorgeous.GV1 is a bit shabby, obviously older than GV2 but each room is slightly spacious and better equipped like with a TV set, GV2 is rather new and with modern facilities but the most rooms lack a view thus sunlight, and no TV or desk in most cases.Besides, however, its staying cost performance is good, the landlord agents are efficient, friendly and tolerant, nothing to complain about for a short to midterm stay in downtown Tokyo. Highly recommendable for reasonable residents.
