改装したての清潔感溢れる空間で、快適に過ごせました。
近くのセブンイレブンやスーパーで便利な生活が叶います。
大島駅から徒歩2分、アクセスも非常に良好です。
Llevo viajando por airbnb desde el 2012. He conocido personas que me llevo conmigo.Pero sin duda y estando tan lejos de España este sitio es el que mas me a ayudado tan lejos de mi país.Desde el principio estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Cualquier duda que tenía me la resolvía y no importaba la hora.El sitio esta a 2 minutos de la parada de metro (metro muy sencillo el de tokio).Tenía a 100 metros un seven 7 y un supermercado abajo, lavandería para secar la ropa (el tiene lavadora). También peluquerías y un centro de masajes (que con lo que caminamos nos vino genial)El sitio es impecable, te ofrece todo para el aseo desde cepillos de dientes con su pasta, hasta bastoncillos. Tiene champú, acondicionador y gel. Toallas siempre disponibles.Necesite quedarme una semana mas y me ayudo a quedarme con ellos buscándome hueco donde no lo había (gracias).Y además tienen transporte para el aeropuerto si lleváis muchas maletas como fue mi caso.Gracias por todo y espero coincidir contigo la próxima vez.Un consejo, este sitio es ideal porque es horrible quedarse en el centro de tokio y además el sitio lo tienes cerca de la playa y no tardas nada al centro, es ideal.No es publicidad porque además no sabía que era famosa hasta que se lo dije al irme y eso me demuestra lo profesionales que son y lo que aman su trabajo.
Stayed at their apartment and make booking via airb&b. The stairs was steep and not suitable for people with leg issue/old people.The accomodation suitable for 3 people but the bathroom was small! Also we only got 2 pillow instead of 3 (have 3 beds)Not soundproof.The worst things is the wifi. No internet connection most of the time or its either super slow! Not worth it if staying more than 3 days.Location near to Disneyland but quite far from city centre.
Cozy little place near Ojima station! Note that the station exit this place is closest to does not have stairs so keep that in mind when travelling with your luggage. Near the station with lots of restaurants in the area. Also good if you are flying from NRT as you can take the Shinjuku line to Asakusa and transfer to take the Asakusa Line all the way to the airport! Staff was super responsive and very helpful overall! Bathroom is a bit small but the space is nice and big for luggage.
Great transition from first time in Japan to moving into my apartment. My apartment took a little while and it was really nice being next to a grocery store and having the basic kitchen equipment ready to go. The place was clean, nice size bed and bathtub as well. Super close to the station so getting around was no problem at all. I'd definitely stay here again. This would be really great for solo, couples or small families of maybe 3. Quiet area as well
長期で宿泊しましたが、改装したてで 全てが新しくてキレイでした。 ベッドや枕の使い心地も最高だったし、シーツもタオルもホテル仕様で、高級ホテルにも泊まってきた者としては、コスパ最高でした。日本語のと〜っても上手で日本のマナーをちゃんと学んだ礼儀正しくて感じの良い若い中国系帰化人(？)の女性がオーナーさんで、スタッフさんも仕事熱心で対応が早いし、お掃除も行き届いているし、エアビーでのレビューも高評価なのも納得。地元の人にも宿泊者がお金を落としていくから、あまりインバウンドの恩恵を得られなそうな地域経済にとっても良さげ。ちゃんと注意点に書いてくれていますが、建物自体は古いから、騒音は入ってきますし、静かにして下さいねとのこと。でも、商店街だから、近くに車がたくさん走っていないので、昼間の外の音以外は そんなに気にならなかったですし、静かな方ばかりが宿泊している時に宿泊したのかは分かりませんが、むしろ夜が静かになるからありがたかったです。
