駅近ながら静かな雰囲気の中、清潔な宿泊施設です。
小さなキッチンで簡単な朝食が楽しめるアパートです。
4階までの狭い階段が特徴的な立地条件があります。
We booked through airbnb for our 2 week stay in Tokyo. We were two adults.Pros: Impeccably clean; quiet; well equipped, fast and bilingual response time; nice layout (except for toilet, see below), effective HVAC. Grocery stores within walking distance in addition to conbini. Great for Shinjuku/Nakano access.Cons: On the 4th floor with narrow staircase and no elevator; MINISCULE toilet stall (I'm 151cm and I had to squeeze in sideways. Not quite certain how anyone taller would be able to function); on the western side of Tokyo and a bit far from Ginza, Nihonbashi, Ueno, etc.; 10-15 min walk to nearest station (Nakano Sakaue).
Just can across this place whilst walking around and thought "why not?"We'll it was a good choice. The food was superb and quite inexpensive.
Please make sure to include your apartment name and room number when placing a delivery order.When text messaging is not available, the only option is to make a phone call.Make sure your phone line is reachable.
Suits the needs of a place to stay in a pretty quiet neighborhood yet very close to train stations and Shinjuku in particular.It is very small so if you’re counting on staying out most of the day and use the apartment for mainly sleeping it will do.A small kitchen and dining area with refrigerator suites is for small breakfast.There’s no elevator and we stayed in 3rd floor.

Decent location next to a main street that has some great food and convenience stores. Also near the train station. The room itself I got was the one person room, everything was nice and clean, my only complaint was the bathroom was so small, I could barely fit at 6 ft tall to sit down, and someone who is 5 ft tall would probably also have issues.
