Friendly and accommodative staff, good management and a very safe environment for kids. My 2 year old has a good time in the school with the teachers and other kids. The activities are well thought of and engaging.
My son attended GWIS kindergarten School, Funabori and our experience was very positive. The school offers a strong academic program with dedicated teachers who genuinely care about students progress. School emphasizes both learning and creativity through various activities. The teachers are approachable, and communication with parents is excellent. While the sports facilities could be improved. The overall environment is safe, supportive, and encouraging for children.The school overall provides a positive and nurturing environment. Highly recommended!
GWIS holds a special place in our hearts as it is my daughter Myra’s first school. She went there as a baby and now she is a happy confident toddler who is doing well both academically and non academically. All thanks to the dedicated staff who manage to create a very happy,safe and inclusive environment for kids.They teach the kids in such innovative ways that everything looks simple and interesting to them.Myra loves all her teachers and she loves going to school everyday,its like her second home that much comfort she gets there. Definitely ,one of the best elementary schools in Funabori area.

A school that values children. Even Japanese children can learn English well. There are also Japanese classes, so foreigners living in Japanese can feel at ease. The teacher is kind and friendly. A pick-up bus is also available. You can receive a reasonable education because there is a subsidy from Edogawa Ward.1歳半からインターにいて、3歳の時に転園して来ましたが、転園してから英語力がグンと上がりました。先生達がとても親身になってくれるので、子供の成長がよく見えます。働いているのでフルで預けていますが、家の前までバスが来てくれるのはとてもありがたかったです。江戸川区からの補助も出るので、インターとしてはとても安価で良いサービスが受けられます。インドの方が多いですが、ママさん達もとてもフレンドリーなのでイベントなども楽しいです。見学に行ってみるといいと思います。
