Stayed 6 nights. Great place, good value for money
The room was adequate.Nothing fancy,has a kitchenette and washing machine.Bus stop is right outside the alley way for easy access into Shinjuku.

The place was exceptionally clean and very well-maintained. It was obvious that great care was taken with the cleaning. The host’s responses were quick and accurate, making everything smooth. The room was quiet and peaceful, and it was super convenient with a bus that takes you to Shinjuku in just a few minutes. In this building, each unit has a different owner, and the host of this stay manages rooms 101, 201, and 202. I can highly recommend this host!
