Extremely kind, helpful, and friendly staff. It has absolutely everything a traveler needs except toothpaste, mouthwash, and lotion which are easily obtained nearby. It is in a fantastic location.As it is a Japanese hotel, everything is much smaller than an American hotel and some things like the washing machine and drying method take carefully reading their instructions which are provided in English. The layout is thoughtfully designed.
