Clean and comfortable, air conditioning available, about ten minutes from train station but also about ten minutes from the Sumo arena. Non smoking inside and outside the apartment as in most of Sumida, residential area so must be considerate. Very nice neighbourhood and you can see the Tokyo sky tree from the balcony.
Small, but clean. Max 2-3 adults, but construction next door during our stay was extremely noisy. Should have been advised before stay.
Apartament més gran que l habitual a Japó. Llits per 3 persones molt còmodes, però sofà molt incòmode , fins i tot per seure. Tot el necessari per cuinar.Un extra és tenir rentadora i sistema per assecar la roba a dins el bany.Molt i molt bé. El recomanem .

One of the best and most spacious places you can get in central Tokyo for a great price. Quiet and tranquil neighborhood to come back to after a busy day in the city, lots of great restaurants nearby and two different subway stops just a 5/10 minute walk from the hotel. Self-check is very seamless and owner/operator is very helpful, I same day booked and had the check-in procedures within minutes after booking. Everything you need is inside from paper towels to xtra bedding for the pull out couch and the washer was easy to figure out for a foreigner. Even a lovely balcony! Excellent stay in Tokyo and I highly recommend
This is a fantastic hotel in Japan. it is extremely close to nearby shops, such as Lawson, 7 Eleven and other supermarkets. It also just a 3 minute walk to the train station. The hotel is VERY VERY CLEAN, and is a highly recommend hotel of mine. ONE OF THE BEST Hotels IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! They also provide you with a fridge, freezer and many more.
