We loved the location, the amenities, and ofcourse the awesome host of this place.We cancelled our Hilton reservation and chose this place to get a true Japanese house feeling. This nice cozy apartment is perfect for 2 to 3 travellers. The small kitchen and washing machine really helped us enjoy every single day of our trip. Location is one of the best. It's just a 3 min walk from Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome station with several grocery and small shops around. A 10 min walk to the landmark Metropolitan building and about 20 mins if you want to walk to Shinjuku. But you don't have to, as the subway train from Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome is just 2 stops away from Shinjuku. You are close to the most happening place in Tokyo (Shinjuku) but still live in a comfortable roomy place in a quiet neighborhood.Our communication with the host was pleasant and the host was also flexible to accomodate our request for extended checkout and early checkin to match our flight times.We highly recommend this place to small families.

周辺のオススメ
Affordable and considerably spacious for the price. Value exceeds cost here. Location is unbeatable. Quick walk to the station and to a 7-Eleven. Bed is very firm and I couldn't adjust to it - also got the flu from the epidemic at the time which made sleeping harder. For reference I paid 2,000 USD at Hilton Yokohama last week, and roughly 700 USD for the second week.
