I have only great things to say about Century 21 and their service! My agent was Emily Chern and she helped me both times that I moved in Japan.She listened to my wants and nonnegotiables and did her best to meet those needs. She was professional during our intial video chats and went above and beyond in her role as an agent. She also did a great job in showing properties that were realistic to my budget and needs. I’d highly recommend Century 21 to anyone looking to move in or within Japan.
Dropped in to enquire about rentals and had two bilingual agents serving me and three other professionals. Also was offered a choice of Evian water and Japanese tea. One of the best first meeting experiences I’ve ever had in Tokyo where normally dealing with real estate agents is like reprising the Night of the Living Dead. Highly recommend.
Century21 (and especially the agent I worked with, Adam Bult) has gone above and beyond to help with my apartment search.I was initially working with a different company, who told me that it was impossible to find a property that allowed for 2 pets, and only showed me listings for 1 pet. I did a search on my own, which led me to a Century21 listing. Adam showed me the property, but also took the initiative to find other suitable properties. I ended up finding a 2-pet apartment after all, in the area I liked :)As a foreigner who is not yet fluent in Japanese, his support has also been invaluable when setting up utilities etc. I'm really grateful for the assistance, and I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs an apartment in Tokyo.
