I stayed at Hmlet Morishita for 90 days and it was a good experience. I enjoyed the scenic river view. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure was great. My only complaint was the insulation was not the best (the walls are concrete), so during the winter time it was very cold. I basically stayed under the blankets whenever I was indoors haha. But lack of insulation is a nationwide issue, not a Hmlet issue.The monthly rate could have been better but it was still better than staying in a hotel for the duration. Having lived in Japan previously long term in an apartment, it's about triple the monthly rate of an unfinished apartment. But having seen hotel prices and competitor prices, Hmlet is still slightly cheaper and therefore my choice for now. Five stars because I love concrete apartment aesthetics.

The apartment was super clean and new. There is no complains about the location and the neighborhood.The view was amazing. So close to the station (3 mins walk).Host was responsive.We are very content about this stay.
