Despite the many times I’ve been to Japan, I never really had the chance to get a facial until this trip!The ASMR Twix salon is great and very accommodating. I came across them when I was looking through YouTube and came across her account. Her team is very professional and skilled at their craft.Suzuki-san was / is amazing. The back / shoulder massage helped to relieve a lot of my fatigue working at a desk everyday. The facial helped to reduce all the redness, dryness, and puffiness I suffer from. Her voice is very gentle and really helped to relax me during the massage to the point where I fell asleep during a portion of it.I’m glad I was able to book this salon during my short trip here and can’t wait to come back on my next visit. My first time coming to ASMR TWIX Tokyo, and my only regret was not picking the 150 minutes facial and massage package! The customer service from Suzuki, my spa therapist, was amazing, and she is such a lovely and patient person ( Japanese hospitality at it's best; the other staff members were great too)The treatment itself made my face glow, and i felt so relaxed, i must have dozed off for 2 hours😅It is a shame that i don't live in Tokyo, otherwise i would be coming here regularly 😂 For sure i will miss this place.When i return to Tokyo in the future, i would definitely return to ASMR TWIX for a session, and i hope that Suzuki will still be working here 😊Finally, i highly recommend everyone to book asap when the appointment slots open up, as they fill up very quickly.
For my first massage experience I couldn’t have been more grateful and thankful to have Hana help me today. She was extremely nice, had a calming voice and always asked if I was comfortable. I was guided through the whole process and was able to relax the whole time. I came to this spa because they are famous for helping people relax and I thought it would be a normal spa experience. But it was THE BEST. Hana-san was gentle, warm-hearted and was the most skilled professional. She truly made me feel cared for not just as a customer but as a person. I am so thankful to her and so glad I came. I would give this 6 stars if I could.このスパはリラックス効果で有名だったので、普通のスパ体験になるだろうと思っていました。でも、本当に最高でした。ハナさんは優しく温かく、そして最高のプロフェッショナルでした。お客様としてだけでなく、一人の人間として、本当に大切にされていると感じました。ハナさんには本当に感謝していますし、来て本当に良かったです。もし可能なら6つ星を付けたいくらいです。

I had the most amazing time here. I will definitely be coming back to visit next time I am in Japan. I was luckily able to get a next day appointment. Booking was incredibly easy, the price is fair, and Suzuki is literally amazing! She helped revitalize my skin and gave me the best massage ever after hiking Mount Takao yesterday.
