If you come to Japan don’t miss out on doing Japankarts. Well organised and supervised we are all in our sixties and I felt extremely safe it was amazing. So much fun and a great way to see about the area and straight through the Shubiya crossing twice. A great thing to experience 👌
I highly recommend this company! Last year, I booked through Klook but realized I didn't have the required Japanese translation for my license. Even though it was my mistake, they were incredibly professional and provided me with a credit voucher for the same number of people.Fast forward a year later, I contacted them via email, and the re-booking process was seamless and hassle-free. The karting experience itself was amazing! I’ve tried both day and night tours; the daytime tours are fantastic as the traffic is lighter, making the drive much smoother. While the night tours are also great, they tend to be much more crowded.They have many branches across Japan, and their customer service is top-notch. If you want a reliable and fun karting experience, this is the place to go!أنصح وبشدة بالتعامل مع هذه الشركة! السنة الماضية حجزت عن طريق "كلوك" ولكن واجهت مشكلة أن الرخصة الدولية لم تكن مترجمة للغة اليابانية، ورغم ذلك تعاملوا معي بكل رقي وأعطوني "كوبون" بنفس قيمة عدد الأشخاص.بعد مرور سنة، تواصلت معهم عبر الإيميل وتمت عملية إعادة الحجز بكل سهولة وبدون أي تعقيدات. تجربة "الكارتنج" كانت خيالية، خاصة في وقت النهار حيث تكون الشوارع أقل زحمة والقيادة أمتع، جربت القيادة ليلاً أيضاً وكانت جميلة ولكن الزحمة تكون شديدة.الشركة متميزة جداً ولديها فروع كثيرة في اليابان، وتعاملهم مع العملاء يفوق التوقعات. تجربة تستحق التكرار!
Moses was a great driver. I felt so safe the whole time with how well they explain things to us and how well they handle things. It was truly a one of a kind experience. I was nervous at first but it was very easy once you were driving for 10 mins. Also don’t be discouraged if it’s raining, it was honestly a lot of fun even tho it was raining. And we still went fast. The weather didn’t really affect that . If you are in Tokyo you must do this! Also the best route, since it’s not too busy and you get to see a lot of the city!
JAPANKART was an amazing experience to do the Go-Kart through Shinjuku. Me and my friends actually showed up on the wrong day and Raffy was still able to accommodate us on the spot, which we were incredibly grateful for. They were also taking photos of our group and individually in the karts. I would 100% recommend for everyone to experience it here. Explanations for how the karts are to be driven were given crystal clear!
We did the 90 minute Shinjuku drive and we had a blast. Driving through Tokyo in various costumes will be a highlight that I will remember. The lead car driver took us through Shibuya crossing twice and we all felt like movie stars. Their focus on safety was reassuring as well - this was on a Friday at 4:00 pm which is rush hour and had no issues. I highly recommend Japankart!
Our group ended up in the wrong branch and we thought they wouldn’t accommodate us. But Moses was amazing and still let us! We wouldn’t be able to reschedule because we had made plans in the following days. Definitely a great experience to do in Tokyo!
Absolutely incredible experience with Japan Go Karting! This was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.What really stood out was their strong focus on safety while still keeping the experience fun and exciting. You always felt looked after and in good hands.If you’re in Japan, this is an absolute must-do. Highly recommended—excellent job all around!

great experience! it let's you see many parts of tokyo in one ride.I recommend doing it around night time because it is much less hot, less traffic and there are many neon signs and people around the streets.i also recommend taking the 1.5 hour ride because it gets boring in the end.one thing that bothered me is that they don't offer helmets or safety glasses (aperantly, you have to specifically ask for those but they are not mandatory) which could be very dangerous.
