New, clean room.Good facilities with washer&dryer machine in the room which ease of bringing lots of clothing.Host/staff are very friendly and nice.Good location, easily accessible and 2 stops away from Shinjuku JR station.Will consider to stay again next trip!
The apartment hotel was quite nice. The room had amazing soundproofing so you didn't hear any city noise. It has a lot of great restaurants nearby and it is close to a few stations lines. The check-in and check out process was seamless. My only complaint is that we had two different passwords to remember for the front door (if you come in after 11pm) and the room door
Really enjoyed our stay at Cava House. Great location — very close to the heart of Shinjuku but in a very quiet neighborhood. The staff, most of whom are bilingual or trilingual, are very friendly and professional.Each room is roomier, for Tokyo’s standards, than the other hotels we stayed before. They also come equipped with a mini kitchen and a washer-dryer combo. Free bottled spring water is provided every day as well! I will highly recommend Cava House to my friends!
First time at this hotel. I’m pretty picky and prefer Nicer hotels had a good value. This was absolutely excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room amenities were excellent and it was extremely clean. Good water pressure, Comfortable bed, and lots of great features. Great location, 10 to 15 minute walk to everything but quiet neighborhood for resting. Will absolutely stay here again and recommend it.
since we were traveling with a toddler we tried to find spaces that would accommodate us and this was the perfect place. it was so clean, close to a 7/11 and places to eat, and only a 15 minute walk to the busier parts of shinjuku. we loved that this area was a little quieter.the front desk staff was so helpful and kind. although they don’t offer luggage forwarding at the hotel they did their best to help us make sure our luggage made it to osaka. they even filled out the forms for us.we loved everything about the room and how clean it was. they had a lot of accommodations, like a steamer (this was the only place that had one out of the 3 hotels we stayed at), utensils and plates, fridge, a washing machine, a spacious bathroom, and various accommodations you could help your self to downstairs.we are already planning our next trip to japan next year and i cannot wait to stay here again!

周辺のオススメ
是內空間環境整潔，且視覺舒適。照片跟網站上看起沒差異離最近的地鐵走約5分鐘，直接走去新宿鬧區也不遠約15分鐘。走路約5-10有一間大型超市，無論是熟食或是自己煮都可以挑到豐富食物，還有水果，入住多天記得第一天就去，才不會像我們扼腕不已，不過附近美食多多，外食也很方便。Check in有遇到講中文的台灣人，覺得備感親切，也格外方便。
