I visited to open a bank account, and although I don’t speak Japanese, the staff were extremely helpful and kind despite the language barrier. I initially filled out the application incorrectly, but they patiently helped me correct it. I arrived at 10:00 am, and the place was pleasantly empty.

Really small space inside, students be aware of going in groups. Helpful staff, opening an account as a foreigner took around 25min. For opening a new bank account, make sure to properly fill out the online form found on their website and print 1 copy in color.
