This hotel is great for a few nights for a si gale traveler or a couple. The room is bigger than many places in Tokyo, still small by western standards but big enough to open both big luggages. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood so you won’t have to worry about street noise. It’s about 12’ walking from the closest stations, we enjoyed our morning and night walks but it would probably have been more convenient to be closer to the stations. In any case you’re about 40’ from everything in the west of Tokyo and the walk is enjoyable. It doesn’t have many restaurants around so just eat before coming home.The room is very clean and has all the essentials. It doesn’t have a front desk or personal to reach out to. The check in was very smooth with a key locker right next to our door.
Nice hotel in a great location! Train stations in walking distance which was a bonus. The self check-in was easy, and the staff were very helpful and efficient whenever we needed help. Room was well equipped, shower worked well and the bed was super comfy! The washing machine & dryer was very useful too! Only issue we had was a really strong smell of damp/mould within the room - which was found in all of the window edgings.
房間很乾淨，雖然照片中看起來比較大間，但也還算舒適，床也很好躺，也謝謝讓我們提早入住，沒有電梯所以需要扛行李，但最高樓層只有三樓，附近較近地鐵需要走10分鐘左右，曙橋站出口至住宿需爬一點陡坡，但大致住宿體驗是好的～
Das Ken Hotel ist ein kleines Hotel mitten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Shinjuku. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit einer Kochnische ausgestattet. Außerdem war es sehr sauber.Shinjuku ist Fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt viele Metrostationen in der Nähe.Wenn wir wieder nach Tokyo kommen werden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
Geweldig appartement. Mijn man en ik hadden een appartementOnze zoon zat naast ons. Geweldige buurt. Metro om de hoek. Family Mart voor het ontbijt..Alles aanwezig. Zelfs wasmachine. Was ideaal. Het was erg schoon. Mochten de koffers achterlaten toen we aankwamen. Geweldige buurt. Ken is een erg goede hostReageert erg snel. Bracht zelfs een kabel omdat mijn man de WK atletiek wilde zien. Komen zeker terug.
Super logement à Tokyo ! Il est grand et spacieux, décoré avec goût et très propre. Les hôtes sont arrangeants pour l’heure de départ et d’arrivée. Je recommande
Ken Hotel is a wonderful place for a single traveler or pair traveling on a budget. Good TV, breezy balcony, comfortable bed, great utilities like a washer and stove, and most importantly a hospitable owner/host.We will always consider staying here whenever planning a trip back to Tokyo

周辺のオススメ
I really enjoyed staying at the Ken hotel. It's refreshing to have your own little place. It's much bigger than staying in a hotel room and it's nice to have the option to cook. The aesthetic of the room is very nice and although modern, keeps a traditional style. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows. The only downside was the bath and shower because the water kept going cold and the pressure was so weak. The balcony I wouldn't really call a balcony because it's very small and there's hardly any room to step outside. There's also no view, at least not from where we were on the bottom floor. The location is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with a family mart only a few minutes away. It's roughly a 20 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku. One other thing to add is that we did request a check out at 11:00am instead of 10:00am which was confirmed by Ken but the cleaners came at 10:00am anyway so we had to explain. They were very friendly and understanding.
