If you’d like to have some city & nature balance in your Japan trip, this is the way to do it.Beautiful house, lovely hosts and amazing area. The hosts are really helpful if you need any recommendations for anything in the area.The area is beautiful and the people in this area are definitely different than the people from Tokyo. Very welcoming since I don’t think they see a lot of people from outside Japan.Highly recommend this if you want some variation in your trip!
Yui Valley is a delight. The owner, Daisuke, is warm and friendly, and goes out of his way to make this little town a wonderful place to visit. This includes by driving his visitors to places for a very reasonable fee. To start with, Yui Valley has documentation showing you what nearby attractions there are. Some attractions are: restaurants in the village as well as the city of Fujieda, a nearby hike through the nearby green tea farms, the local onsen (hot springs), bamboo workshops run by Dai, and also the larger city of Shizuoka.If you want a quiet stay in a village, or a restful break from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, or to visit the locals in Fujieda or Shizuoka, Yui Valley is perfect.If you want to see (many) more reviews of Yui Valley, it is also found on AirBNB, but I had wanted to share how great Daisuke and Yui Valley are on Google also.
Im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Unterkünften stimmen die Bilder, die hier veröffentlicht sind, in jeder Hinsicht mit der Realität überein. Deshalb von uns nur eines, das die Stimmung wiedergibt. Der Gastgeber ist überaus freundlich, die Umgebung sensationell - das einzig traurige war, dass wir auf unserer Rundreise schon nach zwei Tagen wieder weiterziehen mussten.Unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.
Amazing AirBnB with the kindest host you can imagine. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed living in a very traditional house. It is old and cozy, but also is very clean has every comfort you need (shower, toilet, warm water, wifi, kitchen, fridge etc).Also lovely rural area with a river right next to the house and beautiful hiking options in the jungle.Hopefully we will be able to come back in the future ❤️
サワードパンのワークショップで友人と行き感激しました。ご夫婦のストーリー、その空間を語り尽くせなく都会暮らし息子夫婦を是非一緒に行くつもり。
Google マップで偶然この宿を見つけ、宿泊しましたが大正解でした。あいにくの雨でしたが、縁側でボーっと素敵な庭や山を眺め癒されました。朝食が、とても美味しかったです。パンが凄い嚙み応えがあって近くで売っていたらきっと買いに行くだろうなと、思いました。レモングラスなどの、ハーブティーも香りも良く残りを水筒などに入れて、持ち帰りたかったテレビは無く聞こえてくるのは、風と雨の音だけだからこそ非日常で、楽しかったです。何よりも親切で、フレンドリーなオーナー夫妻が良かったです。これだから旅がやめられません。

Dit samen met de fijne gastvrijheid, excellente service en prachtige natuur bracht ons verblijf bij Yui Valley tot een hoogtepunt!We hebben genoten van lokale restaurants, activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden op aanraden van Daisuke & Sara. 4 dagen lang genot en plezier, plus heerlijk thee!
