Was in Japan for one month and this worked out much better value than a hotel. Excellent location that is very close to the train station and 7-11, Daiso, and others.The apartment had everything I needed and was very practical.The staff were also very helpful when booking.

I've stayed in this property for almost a year now, and have been very happy with both my stay and the services that Hmlet offers.First of all, I want to share my own experience regarding the few complaints that the other reviewer mentioned:- I can't say I heard no noise from the other tenants for the whole year, but it's rare. I'd say most people (regardless Japanese or foreigners) behave well and are considerate, but maybe it also helps that this is a new build and the sound proof is probably better than some of the older houses that you find in Japan. The property is very close the main thoroughfare and metro station but is still in a quiet neighborhood. I've never had a night where my sleep was disturbed by the noise.- Wifi works pretty well for me, whether for streaming or video conferencing.- The mattress is comfortable for me (more than the one I have at home lol). The furnitures are indeed basic and not stylish at all. So if you’re looking for an accommodation with great designs you’d be disappointed. But for me, they’re all pretty functional, and I’m happy as a long term tenant not having to deal with too many things to clean or maintain.It might not be the most charming neighbourhood in Tokyo but it does have everything I need and over the year I really appreciate its convenient location. It’s easy to go to both airports and major train stations. Not to mention you can walk to Shinjuku in half an hour.I’ve also joined several tenants events organised by Hmlet and met some staff. They are all exceptionally friendly, very easy to speak to (not only because they all speak perfect English).For me, the benefits of having a well equipped flat to stay, without worrying about setting up utilities, buying (and eventually getting rid of) home appliances and furnitures are huge, not to mention the common reluctance that a lot of Japanese landlords have towards foreign tenants. It makes my stay in Tokyo so much more smooth.
