山手レストハウスの特徴
主人が常に管理を行い、滞在者が快適に過ごせるよう配慮されています。
騒音は気になるが、部屋は清潔で空調も良好です。
立地は非常に良く、駅からも近くて便利です。
Nice place to stay, although bathroom available only until 10pm. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone on your floor. You cant do laundry, but theres a place 1 min walking with several machines.
I stayed here as a last minute accomodation not expecting much at all and was pleasantly surprised.As with alot of Japanese rest houses and guest houses you are provided a place to store your shoes on entry and a pair of comfy slippers to use during your stay.As mentioned in many other reviews they do have quite strict rules however these are typical of the majority of rest houses and are there to ensure all of the guests have a respectful experience.During my stay I found the staff at the main desk to be very helpful even with limited English, the rooms were simple but with decent air conditioning and very clean and tidy.The shared areas were also clean and tidy including the showers and food preparation area.The facilities are basic but it does have a microwave and area to prepare food.Alot of people are complaining about the rules but honestly they aren't that stringent and are for everyone's benefit.I personally never had an issue and myself and my friends had plenty of time to explore before and get back before the showers were turned off or the doors locked. However you can still enter after 10.30 pm you just need the code for the door lock which is provided in the entrance on the way in.All in all a basic but pleasant place to stay and it's location is pretty hard to beat for an inner city rest house.
요약) 군대다녀왔으면 여긴 천국-----리뷰가격 위치 서비스 모두 최고로 만족하고 갑니다.가격이 너무싸서 걱정했었는데주인분이 로비와 윗층에 상주하시며 투숙객들이 편안하게 묵고갈수 있도록 꾸준히 관리를 해주시는 숙소였습니다.22-08시는 매너타임인데주인장님이 매너타임을 엄청 중요시했습니다.매너타임엔 샤워,전자레인지,토스터기 이용 불가합니다.제가 운이 좋은것도 있겠지만덕분에 숙소에 빌런이 단 한명도 없었습니다.기차소리 들리긴 하는데 어처피 0시-5시는 기차 안다니고요, 피곤해서 잘 잡니다ㅋㅋ 아니면 귀마개 끼면돼요제일 걱정됐던건 실내흡연시 냄새때문에 힘들거같았는데요,묵는 3일동안 아무도 담배를 안피셔서 운이 좋았던거 같습니다.제가 궁금해서 금연숙소로 바뀌었냐고 물어봤는데 ‘흡연가능인데 오늘은 아무도 안피네요’ 라고하심(주인분도 안피셨어요)다만 키 180이상은 침대가 작아 잘때 불편하실 수도 있어요.다음에도 무조건 여기 오겠습니다.
단점 :1.건물이 철도 옆에 있어서 민감한 사람들은 철도소리에 민감하게 들릴 수 있지만 그렇게 크게 들리진 않음.2.방문 기준 다른 숙박객들이 담배를 피는 등 좋지 않은 행동이 있었음.3.베개가 너무 낮음.장점 :가성비 최고좋은 위치 선정사장님 매우 친절재방문 충분히 고려될 수 있을 것 같음.
Clean place as is typical. Good HVAC mini split in-room. Bunks a bit tight if you're taller than 180cm. Rooms of average size for the area. All doors nicely dampened to make it as quiet as possible. OTA I used for booking made clear that showers aren't available after 22:00 but failed to mention that they're not available until 8:00 each morning which would have been nice to know beforehand.
