会場がとても綺麗で、受験環境が整っています。
センターの方々がフレンドリーで、安心感が持てます。
受験者に優しい雰囲気で、集中しやすいです。
壁が薄いのか、コンピューターでの受験中に定期的に男性の笑い声が聞こえてきました。
3回ここで受験しました。スタッフの方が笑顔で親切に対応してくれるので、気持ちよく受験できました。高田馬場の会場には家から歩いて行けますが、環境もスタッフの方も最高なので遠くてもこちらを使っていました。
会場がとても綺麗で、センターの方々もフレンドリーでした。受験者が受けやすい環境のために細かく気配りしてくださってるのがとても分かる会場でした。ノイズキャンセリングヘッドホンの性能もかなり高く集中できました。初めての受験でしたが、またこちらで受験したいと思います。受験会場としてだけでなくIDPさん主催の無料セミナーや図書カード配布企画など、受験生にこれだけ背中を押してくれる組織に出会えて良かったと思います。小谷先生の受験特典もフルで活用して更にブラッシュアップしていこうと思います。

I took an IELTS test at this center and found the administrative process confusing and poorly handled.On test day, discrepancies in my personal details were noticed by staff and corrected manually, and I was allowed to complete all sections of the exam without any issue or warning. However, after results were released, the same discrepancy later led to my result being canceled.Communication after the test was slow and unclear, and follow-up emails were not responded to in a timely manner. I wish there had been clearer checks before the test or clearer explanations afterward.The testing environment itself was fine, but the overall administrative handling caused unnecessary stress. I hope the center improves its verification and communication processes.
