We stayed for a total of 2 months and truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Nakanohoncho. Seira S. helped us with the process of booking the apartment and answered all of my questions so promptly, with so much kindness and patience. She truly gifted us with the best customer service, and for that alone, I will want to book with Hmlet again whenever I come back for a long-term stay.With that being said, the property was outstanding in terms of cleanliness, convenience, and location! It was the cleanest place I’ve ever seen! better than any apartment, Airbnb, or hotel! The apartment also comes with a washer, and the shower dryer had our clothes clean and dry so fast!The location is also so perfect; there's a nearby park and so many good restaurants! It's also near Shibuya, Harajuku, etc. It was the perfect spot between fast city life and a little bit of a laid-back vibe, haha. There's also a super good second-hand shop district called Koenji. I'd come back just to shop all day and have a good time out eating and drinking. Thank you, Hmlet, Seira, and team for such an amazing stay!!! I hope to be back again one day!
