休日オープンすぐ、デトロイトピザを食べに来店🍕暑い日だったのでメキシカンラガーとピザのペアリングは最高でした！スタッフの人も感じが良かったです！
金曜21時半ごろに2人で2軒め利用。ほぼ満席でしたが、席を片づけていただきすぐに座れました。テーブルを確保してカウンターでキャッシュオン形式です。【頼んだもの】合計で3,600円程度クラフトビール(300ml)赤ワイングラスフレンチフライドポテトビールの種類はかなり多く、ポテトもおつまみ的に食べるにはちょうど良い美味しさでした。がっつりピザを食べなくても、軽く飲む目的でも使いやすいなと感じました。外と繋がった開放的な店内ですが、ガヤガヤしすぎることもなく意外と落ち着いて過ごせた点も良かったです。
I've been here six times now, since they opened at the end of last year. Each visit has been amazing, with a wonderfully friendly staff and awesome food. I really appreciate the consistent quality in food and beer, and the elbow room isn't too bad either. Fun after-work vibes too with folks enjoying a beer and in a good mood. Living outside of North America, it's really rare to get Detroit Pizza at all, let alone this excellent. Excited to come back every visit to Tokyo.
神田のデビルクラフトはたまに行くのだが、このたび新店ができたというので、遅ればせながら行ってきた。デビルクラフトと言えばシカゴピザだが、この店ではデトロイトピザがメインである。これがうまい。ざっくり言うと、超うまいピザトーストである。厚切り食パンの耳と底にカリカリに焼かれたチーズが張り付いており、上面にはシカゴピザ同様にたっぷりの肉やサラミ、チーズとトマトソースがかかっている。ソースがうまいのは当然として、このパン生地がめちゃくちゃうまい。シカゴピザがキッシュのようにたっぷりのソースを食べさせるピザだとしたら、デトロイトピザはチーズと渾然一体となったふわふわの生地を楽しませるピザなのである。これを食べるために神田に行く価値はある。
I picked this place for supper thinking I'd get a Japanese take on Detroit style pizza. Turns out, it's a full on pub that makes their own craft beer and serves damn delicious (and authentic, from the little I know) Detroit style pizza. Chatted with Brian, the team took care of us, it was a great atmosphere and experience. Just want I needed. And the pizza is legit to die for. They have it by the slice, but you can order a whole one with other toppings if have the hunger. All in all, this was a lovely and unexpected find in Tokyo, and I would go back in a heartbeat.
I was really craving Detroit-Style Pizza 🍕 I'm from Michigan and was feeling home sick so I was so happy to see this place recommended on Google maps. They just opened about ~3 weeks ago.The pizza was really authentic to what I'm used to getting in Michigan and was very delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too.I don't know very much about beer but the bartender recommended the heirloom beer which was really good! I'd drink it again.
