最近不動産を購入した際のフィードバックです。担当者のクリスさんには、内覧から購入、そしてハンドオーバーまで、細かくフォローアップしていただきました。外国人の主人にも理解できるよう、契約時には英語が分かる方をアレンジしてくださったり、引き渡し後に発生したトラブルにもとても親切に対応してくださったりと、安心してすべてお任せすることができました。外国人が日本の不動産を購入するにあたっては、わからないことや不安なことも多いものですが、書類を英訳したものを事前に送ってくださったり、水道や電気の開通手続きも前もって申し込んでくださったおかげで、鍵の引き渡し後すぐに新居での生活を始めることができました。クリスさんは日本語も堪能で、私とは日本語で会話ができました。日本人の私から見ても対応がとても丁寧で、感じの良い方でした。会社にも何度か足を運びましたが、清潔感のある雰囲気で、他の社員の方々も挨拶をしてくださり、信頼できる会社だと感じました。I recently purchased a property, and I'd like to share my feedback.Chris followed up closely with us at every stage — from the viewing, through the purchase, all the way to the handover. Since my husband doesn't speak Japanese, Chris arranged for someone who could communicate in English during the contract signing, and he also handled an issue that came up after the handover with great care. Thanks to this, we felt completely at ease leaving everything to him.Buying property in Japan as a foreigner can come with a lot of uncertainty and unfamiliar steps, but Chris sent us English translations of the documents in advance and arranged for the water and electricity to be connected ahead of time, so we were able to move into our new home right after receiving the keys.Chris is also fluent in Japanese, so we were able to communicate in Japanese as well. Even from my perspective as a Japanese person, his service was extremely polite and pleasant. I visited the office a few times too — it had a clean, well-kept atmosphere, and the other staff greeted us warmly each time. It left me feeling this is a company I can really trust.
Had a fantastic experience with Mr Land. It was my first time buying a property and I was very picky about what I wanted. Mr Land and specifically Riku were so patient and understanding and incredibly helpful. They made the entire process so seamless and stress free. I couldn't recommend them more if i tried.
Riku - San was very helpful.We were there to purchase a couple houses. My husband was very picky about what he wanted. Therefore, we looked a lot of properties during our stay, but Riku San never give up and helped us to find the right one! We are very happy about our purchase. We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchases without him.

I bought a house from overseas after a few visits to use both as a home base for vacations and an investment property. They were very understanding of my specific and fairly unique needs and walked me through the process step by step. They always came back with many options to look at as well as took us by car to visit many of them. They even were able to check out properties remotely when I was not in the country. They always communicated fast and well in English. Special thanks to Riku who helped out with alot of questions and concerns even after everything was closed and completed.Overall very happy with my first time buying experience in Japan.
事務所は個別ブースが複数あります。不動産会社のようですが、買取再販がメインのようです。普通の不動産屋ではなさそうです。良い立地に事務所がありますので、何かお金を取得する秘密がありそうです。

As an international client, the support we received from Riku was first class.From the first interaction as part of an online meeting from our initial enquiry, the level and quality of support was superb.We got great information and when we visited Tokyo to physically view properties, the prep Riku undertook against our criteria and suggestions was amazing. He picked us up, took care of us and took us to many properties. Riku did this again when we visited a second time, when we found the home that called out to us. The after-care continued at the same level whilst we were supported step by step through the purchase process to now reach the point we can say we have a home in Japan. Cannot recommend Mr Land enough. ⭐️
