Upon arrival we had the pleasure to be upgraded to a larger family room with a view on Mt Fuji.We enjoyed the onsen (hot spring baths) which was at a comfortable temperature and on the last day which was sunny we were bathing with views on Mt Fuji.The property is superbly located a few minutes walk from the lake. The lake is wonderful with activities including walking paths, boat trips, restaurants including spots with breathtaking views on Mt Fuji (they tend to be very crowded).The owners were very kind and helpful. On the last night they organised a Daruma painting session which we really enjoyed. We are very grateful for a wonderful stay. There are two separate onsen for men and women, and after 2200 the onsen can be privatised for more privacy (although during our stay we were always bathing alone during non-private hours).PS for the smokers there is a cosy smoking room.
Wat een geweldig hotel. 3 nachten is nog niet genoeg, absoluut een van de hoogtepunten van onze reis! De sfeervolle en ruime designkamers, met het uitzicht op Fuji. De heerlijke onsen. Alles is superschoon en met details en aandacht verzorgd. De huiskamer met speelgoed, banken en massagestoel. De aankleding en souvenirshop met echt mooie spullen. En de lieve mensen die er werken, zo attent en behulpzaam. We komen terug!
这家店的和服租赁非常棒！他的价格很优惠，低于河口湖的店，一千六就可以租到非常非常美丽精致的高定振袖（我发誓物超所值的漂亮，布料工艺非常美），店里款式非常齐全，经典的华丽振袖或者是蕾丝lolita新和服之类的都有，店主审美非常非常好，做的也是很经典很正统的造型！店里妆造台用的都是大牌，很安心！我选的是经典振袖，我身材很胖，但店长做的调整让我的身材看上去很匀称很好看！店主很热情，还把我们带到了拍照的地点，陪我们拍了好几个点，店主推荐的拍摄点都很好看之后下午还把我们带回了酒店，店主的摄影技术也很好拍出来的照片很漂亮！！！一定要生意兴隆，我最爱的妆造店！！！！

We have spend 1 night at the hotel from 11/12 to 12/12 and thanks to Osuke’s amazing care and kindness it was perfect.I recommand this hotel not only for the amazing view of Mt Fuji but also for the service provided by the employee.Thank you again Osuke for your kindness and help !It was a pleasure !
絶景でした。富士山のふもとの宿泊は最高です。呉服のレンタルもあって、子供の七五三で利用させていただきました。スタッフ一同みんな親切で、とても楽しいひと時を過ごさせていただきました。自転車のレンタルもあり、大満足でした。
定員さんがとても親切で良かった(^-^)食事の提供は無いが軽食で冷凍物、カップ麺、お酒などあり良かった！550メートル先に居酒屋もありタクシーで1100円ほどで片道で行けて良かったです（＾∇＾）また、来ます♪

What a wonderful place! My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon trip. The staff was very kind to upgrade us to the room with a Mt. Fuji view. And view was epic! Especially since it was still a bit cold in the morning we didn’t want to go outside, it was lovely to stay in a warm blanket and watch the sunrise from the bed.
