깔끔하고 넓고 한국인이 관리하는 곳이라 저세상 깔끔일 생겨서 연락드렸는데 바로 연락주시고 최고임일본에서 호텔안가고 여기온게 최고의 선택화장실도 넓고 수건도 9장주시고 넉넉히 구비되어있음조리도 할 수 있고 추울까봐 각 매트리스에 전기장판깔려있음와이파이있음조리도구 깔끔하고 있을 거 다있고 냉장고 깨끗함비데있음(근데 안씀)온수 개잘나옴샴푸 린스 바디워시 구비되어있고 칫솔도 준비해주심발코니있음근처에 돈키호테 길건너면 있음밤에 안무서움!강추
Very good service from Kate, she helped with everything needed.However, it was not acceptable to see HUGE rats at the entrance. We saw them every day around the bins instide the building.The room was clean and simple, overall a good room despite to noise at night
The place was small as expected in Japan. It was clean and close to the train station, restaurants and entertainment. Ear plugs and other amenities were provided, which was nice. However, garbage is outside the front building daily, attracting mice and rats to the foyer. Something needs to be done about that.
เข้าพักวันที่ 22 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2025(ห้องพัก 402)ข้อควรระวัง1 ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ จากไอดี LINE ที่ให้ไว้ทางเมลไม่ได้2 ถ้าไปถึงก่อนเวลา และมีกระเป๋าขนาดใหญ่ ไม่มีที่ฝาก ต้องเดินจากที่พัก ไปหาฝากกระเป๋า ที่สถานีรถไฟชินจุกุ(เดินประมาณ 10 นาที)3 สถานที่ไม่เหมาะสำหรับกลุ่มครอบครัว เหมาะกับกลุ่มเพื่อน4 ห้องน้ำจะมีน้ำหยดจากเพดาน จากห้องด้านบน ต้องเรียกช่างแก้ไข ประมาณ 3 ครั้งท่อน้ำทิ้งตรงห้องน้ำ น้ำจะไหลไม่ค่อยสะดวก5 บริเวณที่ทิ้งขยะ ตอนเช้าค่อนข้างสกปรก และมีกลิ่นเล็กน้อยข้อที่น่าสนใจ1 มีครัวขนาดเล็ก ไว้สำหรับทำอาหารได้2 มีเครื่องซักผ้า เหมาะสำหรับผู้เข้าพัก ที่เอาเสื้อผ้าไปไม่มาก สามารถซักผ้าได้ทุกวัน3 ห้องพักมีทั้งหมด3 เตียง เตียงขนาดเล็ก 2 เตียง และเตียงสองชั้น 1 เตียง ถือว่าเพียงพอสำหรับการเข้าพัก 3 คน4 สามารถกางกระเป๋าใบใหญ่ 3 ใบ ได้
Good clean apartment. Three single beds in a row. Small kitchen area with everything needed.... pans, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle etc. Modern toilet, but shower water pressure a bit low with hot and cold difficult to control. 10 min walk to nearest metro station. 30 second walk to a family mart convenience store. We enjoyed our stay.
I spent 2 nights with my husband and two children. Actually, my daughter made a reservation. I'm so satisfied with the stay. It's really clean and calm with good conditions. There are 4 bed mattresses. So it's good to stay with young children. Little bit far from shinjuku Station.

周辺のオススメ
주변에 한인 식당 뿐 아니라 현지 식당도 다양하게 접근성이 높음. 다른 후기들 보니 밤에 소음이 있다고 해서 걱정했는데 별로 심하지 않았음. 숙소 편의시설 모두 훌륭. 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 좁은 화장실 (일본이 대개 그렇듯)
