*Worth the value*I was worried before coming here reading at the comments.However, I had a good stay here and in fact they were still very much booked. Cause their price point is way below hotels during the sakura season.- Location is good: It is near train stations and the korean town. Plenty of eateries, kombini within walking distance.- Hygiene OK after changed bedsheets: The room I have stayed was acceptably clean and decent (of course don't expect dustless, it's like an apartment in Tokyo). Except the bedsheets had stained and hair that needed to change. Their response were quick and immediately someone came to change all bedsheets. Otherwise it's all good.- Space sufficient: I had 2 big luggages, putting along the corridor/room, just be smart about it (the room was bigger than most nearby hotel rooms that charges double the price).- Bathroom is good, comes with hairdryer, washine machine, soap, shampoo, hangers.... Just no toothbrush/paste, small problem. All was great.- Towels had some linen crumbs coming out, I had to wash them but probably cause it's old. However as long they are clean, am fine, you can wash them.- Shoe cabinet had plenty of umbrellas, which I didn't know and it was so useful cause it rained so much.- Balcony area was cool, but I didn't had time to use it.- The responder in Agoda (am not sure if it is direct translation) that gave me a shock caused it sounded a little like a gangsta boss vibe. However, their service is actually OK, could be language barrier as long we have mutual respect.I like this cause it was a local stay vibe, they don't come in to clean during your stay which gives you privacy. Just keep it tidy and clean on your own.
I booked and paid for 5 days stay. Then as requested I message my approximate time of check-in time of 2-3am. Then suddenly I received a few rude message "No Way" "unwelcome rudely guest" "will call the police" etc. on booking.com. So, I quickly canceled the booking.Then I look at my whatsapp. They called and message 5minutes before I could notice what was happening.What did I do wrong? I was just enquiring on the times etc. They could answer politely. But no, they threaten me instead. SCARY....
First of all it was very confusing to find the entrance, then we had to wait for a person to come and take us and some other guests to the real entrance. Then we had to wait again before the staff took us to the room telling us stuff that are common sense. It was very chaotic and unefficient. The room was okay and we had a nice view from the balcony over Tokyo. There was a kitchen but no stuff inside to cook with. So whats the point of the kitchen?A good thing was the location, because we had everything right around the corner. It was very loud at some times, but it's right in the middle of Tokyo, so you have to deal with it i guess.
スタッフの対応は速いし,優しくて、部屋も綺麗いだし、近くは飲食店多い、とても便利です。

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed overall. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the area, making it super convenient to explore everywhere. Whether by foot, MTR, or taxi, you can reach attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots easily without wasting time on transport.The cost-performance (CP) value is really good for the price.The only downside is that the room is quite small — there’s barely enough space to open my luggage properly. However, given how reasonable the rate is, I can easily accept this trade-off. The room was clean and functional, and everything worked well.I would definitely come again on my next trip. Highly recommended if you prioritize location and value over spacious rooms! 👍
