Delicious vegan sushi place! The service was great. The current set menu comes with green tea, an appetizer plate, a small miso soup, and eleven unique pieces of sushi. I hope they get to open a permanent location and expand their menu even more. Would definitely come back! :D
We were so excited to find a place to have vegan sushi when visiting Japan. After visiting and enjoying the lunch set menu and a delicious glass of sake today we are even happier. This place exceeded our expectations.The meal was consisted of a tasting appetizer, miso soup, matcha tea and 11 pieces of sushi. Everything was incredible. It was really hard to pick a favorite piece, but it was amazing the variety of differently flavors and textures provided. We also were able to chat with the chef about how he created the various flavors, which was so exciting to hear. I’m so glad we didn’t miss this experience.

The sushi was absolutely outstanding. Thoughtfully composed, incredibly fresh, and prepared with a level of care you can taste in every bite.What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. I honestly think this was the kindest, most attentive, and most genuinely polite service I’ve experienced so far. Nothing felt forced or scripted. Instead, it was calm, respectful, warm, and sincerely welcoming, making the entire experience feel very special.Yes, the prices are on the higher end, 4400¥ for a plate of 11 individually crafted sushi, but it was worth every penny! Also included was matcha (which was kindly refilled without even asking), a small appetizer, and miso soup.I left feeling not just very full, but genuinely happy. Highly recommended.

I had such a delicious meal here. It was hard finding vegan sushi in Tokyo but I'm so glad I discovered this place. The creativity behind creating vegan alternatives for traditional Japanese sushi was absolutely brilliant and everything on the plate was delicious! The staff were always so kind and friendly and spoke great English. I'd definitely recommend any plant based tourists visiting Tokyo to come here :)
