Sorry but I would comment for poor customer service.1.No email address available.2.Called to call centre but they took few minutes to confirm the location even though I have stated from the beginning.3.issue was not solved after explaining and has been requested to wait for few days.How many days is few days ??4.call centre seems unable to properly understand each apartment condition.If so, why not just allow the resident to post the queries to respective management directly ?For location and maintenance wise, to be fair in comment, it is pretty nice and somewhat convenient.

住みよいです。管理会社？不動産会社？が一フロア丸々民泊やっています。大きな荷物を持ってオートロック解除できなくて困っている人をたまに見かけます。入居前に教えてほしかった。
