The actual shop is located on the 5th floor.This floor hosts two Polo Ralph shops: one for the golf collection and another that has hard-to-find regular clothing.I first went to the golf shop, where a male staff member suggested the other store when I showed him an image of the cap I needed.I experienced such kindness from them, even though they couldn’t speak English. They provided 100% service with a great attitude.
