Best Jewelry sells only sapphires, rubies and emeralds mounted on jewelry (mainly rings) made by Kobayashi-san himself in the shop.He was sincere and patient in his explanations and recommendations on gems, and the history of Okachimachi. In fact, Kobayashi-san was the first to set up a precious gem shop in the area some 50 years ago (1970s).Kobayashi-san's jewelry designs are more of a vintage style. His work is not as clinical as other commercial jewellers with modern equipment but emanate an inexplicable old school charm, with a character of its own.Took our time checking many shops around Okachimachi but chose to have our ring made here.
